However, the 7 hour USPAP Update course cannot be taken online. Mississippi Real Estate Appraisers are required to take 28 hours of CE every 2 years before the month in which the license expires. Colorado Real Estate Appraisers are required to take 42 hours of CE every 3 years before the December 31st CE deadline. New Mexico Real Estate Appraisers are required to take 28 hours of CE every 2 years before the April 30th deadline of the year in which the license expires. At the end of the course, you are able to print a copy of your completion certificate. You will need to keep this completion certificate in your files for renewal or auditing purposes. How do my hours get submitted for CE credit? Texas, New Mexico, Louisana, Arkansas, Colorado, Tennessee Columbia Institute is not required to submit a CE roster to the state. Therefore, the student must keep a copy of their completion certificates on file for auditing or renewal purposes. Mississippi, Utah Columbia Institute is required to submit a CE roster to the state 30 days after the course has been completed.
